Common Problems and Solutions

App won't open or crashesRestart your phone. Update the app from Play Store. Clear app cache: phone Settings β†’ Apps β†’ Sangho β†’ Storage β†’ Clear Cache.
OTP email not receivedCheck Spam/Junk folder. Ensure email is typed correctly. Wait 60 seconds and tap "Resend OTP".
Home feed is emptyJoin at least one community from the Explore tab.
Photos won't uploadCheck that you have granted Storage/Camera permission to Sangho in your phone Settings.
Videos won't playEnsure you have a stable internet connection.
Can't join a communityThe community may require admin approval. Wait for a notification.
Chat messages not loadingCheck internet connection. Pull down to refresh. Restart the app.
Music won't play offlineEnsure you downloaded the song or album first via the Download button.
E-book won't open offlineEnsure you downloaded the book from its detail page.
App is slowClose other apps running in the background. Ensure you have free storage space on your phone.
Location not workingEnable GPS/Location services on your phone. Grant location permission to Sangho.
